Hi newish to this forum went up to see Mathew and the others at tattoo park last year after som advice on my portafold brakes mine have rod from hitch to centre axle then cable to drums . The cable to drums are seized what are they off can any one help as want to tow behind my scamp any help much appreciate thanks joe
