I spoke to a really helpful man in B&Q who happened to own fibre-glass boats, he said he also had terrible condensation problems with them, which he had vastly improved by using a type of polystyrene wallpaper. You fix it on with waterproof PVA (that doesn't require air to cure). I'm convinced so I am going to give it a go...I'll let you know what happens.
