Hi Darren, looks like a good project, interesting choice of vehicle, the Ranger's nice and upright for towing, you should be ok with GRP repairs, I too have a project Portafold which I shall be towing with a plastic car.

Very nice I have a triumph spartan under reconstruction but I have to say the portafold is going to be a tag along bedroom overspill on the back of our T6 most of the time for music festivals.

I'm affraid the Gentry owners are a bit rude about Spartans or as they call them "skips" I did have a spartan a few years ago, I aquired the Gentry as it was made about half a mile from my house in a place called Barwell so a Local connection.

Must agree with you compared to the Ranger the quality is shocking bought it cheap for my son to play with think he has lost interest already and its not very practical unlike the Ranger or Tonka Truck as I refer to it.
