This Portafold is, as far as I'm concerned, a one-off. It's a early style tubular chassis but it has a large three-piece front window, which I've never seen before. I believe it to be from 1967.

This is what the owner has said about it:

"Portafold for restoration. Larger than usual three-piece front window; tubular chassis/A-frame. Roof is in pretty good shape, not sagging like some. Four panes of glass are broken – the two outer panes in the three-piece front window remain intact.

Comes with original sink/bunk and original table. There is an awning with poles, which I assume is for the Portafold; the canvas is probably only good for a pattern though."

£325 or nearest offer.

My disclaimer:

Just so you know, I am completely impartial and I won't give any valuations on Portafolds or Ansfolds, neither do I get involved in the price being asked for any caravans being sold. I do not act as a go-between or an agent and therefore I take no commission or fee for putting prospective buyers in touch with sellers. This is a purely free service that I provide to the members of this forum. Beware of individuals that deal in Portafolds who masquerade as private sellers. As far as I am aware, all the details I pass on are private sellers, unless I specifically state otherwise in the listing.

This Portafold has now been listed on eBay.

Just my hunch, but possibly bought from Andrew in Wales with the pure intention of being resold on eBay at a profit.
