9th International Gathering of Portafolds & Ansfolds (2017)

The 9th International Gathering will be on the 11th-14th of August 2017.

We'll be at Retrofestival Newbury again as it's proving to be an amazingly popular show with something for everyone. The showground at Newbury is at Priors Court, Hermitage, Thatcham, West Berkshire RG18 9QZ; and is huge and we have plenty of room to expand.

Last year we set another new record of 59 Portafolds & Ansfolds on display at the show, so it's well established as the Portafold event of the year, and is certainly one not to be missed.

Also, we will continue with our 'festival of lights' idea which worked really well and really made a show of the stand after dark. So get all your battery and solar powered LED lights and festoon your caravans and awnings.

Remember, don't book up with the organisers, contact me to get your pitch. For 2017 the cost to exhibit your Portafold (and classic car if you have one) will be £40, and that includes up to 2 adults and 2 children.

The 'toilet club' private toilets will be available again at the same price of £8 per person for the whole long weekend, Friday to Monday. (Children under 13 are free for the toilet club)
