1976 Ansfold listed on eBay - NOW SOLD

Very reluctantly I am selling my lovely 1976 Ansfold. It needs very little work - mainly some small fibreglass repairs to the roof and a small split in the side that can easily be patched. The glass on one side window needs replacing. We have actually used it in it's present condition and been very ...

Re: Shelf/Area at the end of the van

Matthew if you do manage to find someone to replicate these then you can definitely count me in. I would love one of these for the Ansfold. I'm also on the lookout for a table or a good approximation of the originals if anyone has any ideas

Re: Portafold Badge

Hi Matthew

Any chance of an Ansfold version? I would love one.

Do you know what kind of original badges the Ansfolds had?

Thanks

Laura

Hampshire Pageant of Motoring - anyone going?

I've just seen this on the events list and wondered if anyone was planning on going.

I can't make Wroughton this year sadly

This one is quite near for me and I know there are a few of us shandy-drinking Southerners within striking distance. Anyone else?

I saw that one too - very nice condition.

I keep going back to it to admire the little table set-up at the front end.

I need to add something like this - it looks like it's a kind of draw-bridge set up. Simple but effective.

Hi Steve Thank you so much for all that incredibly useful info. Sadly we can't make it to Wroughton this year as it clashes with a family reunion party that same weekend. I'm a bit  about it as I have a feeling it is going to be a great one this year and it would be stunning to see all the Port...

Hi and welcome! I got my Ansfold a few years ago but have not had much time to do what needs to be done to bring her up to scratch. This summer I hope to have a little more time to spend on tackling all that needs to be done. I am very optimistic about your username! If you are a fibreglass expert t...

Calling txfsealord/Steve Lord

Hi Steve Hope you & Rosemary are keeping well. I'm at that stage in the year when I'm dusting off the Ansfold ready for the summer and, as you might remember, I have illegal tyres on mine * gasp * You were incredibly helpful at Wroughton and wrote down a very detailed note of what I needed that, not...

Ooooh how exciting - I received my tickets this morning and also spoke to the lovely Jo on the 'phone to confirm a couple of details regarding camping and arrival times. Tonight I spent a couple of hours cleaning but I am still feeling a little  about how much work still needs to be done. I am...

Brilliant! Thanks for that - 3" cushions reduces the cost considerably and makes it much more reasonable.
