Excellant, do you know the chassis numbers from the Portafolds?

Also, could you email me some pictures of your Mini-Motel? I still haven't seen what they look like.

Many thanks

mini motel info

Post by paul~3 » Sat, 02 Dec 2006, 2:01 pm

Hi matthew, ill try sending a photo of mini mo but the walls are not fitted on yet so it won't stand up. As it sits next to the spare porta' (my sons)you'll see the size comparison. The rear door and front panel swing up into the roof out of the way as you unfold each wall (double fold) but you stand next to each wheel at a time as you do this. It has a proper bath in the floor with a tiny plug hole to drain away. Tis very basic and the beds are only just big enough to sleep on, but hey its for tourin not livin in  Anyone else want to see then just ask..

Mini-Motel pictures

If anybody would like to see what the pre-Portafold Mini-Motel actually looks like I've uploaded the pictures below. I'm sure Paul won't mind me sharing them with you all.

You can see why the inventors were asked to come up with something a little larger!

Just found some pics that Matt (Morris_J2) sent me years ago. They might give you a better idea of what a Mini-Motel looks like...
