Hi I will be towing mine, which I just bought off Bakers_bar, with a 29 Model A Sedan Delivery, which I bought off Neil (further up the post).

It's a small world.
I will also use my Escort if needs be.

Hello Mick,

What a nice surprise!!

Seeing our van we sold you, its looking good.

We towed our Portafold with the van and you didn't even know it was there. We have had alot of fun at the shows with the van and Portafold, but we have replaced the van with a 1955 Chevy now and can't wait for the show season to begin. We have been out to a couple of day meets with the Chevy, but we've still not looked at the Portafold.

It's been about 18 months now, its not going to be a pretty site inside :( must get it sorted because we will be using it from May and of course we are having our Hampshire Bygones club stand next to the forum club stand at Wroughton this year. Hopefully we will see alot of the forum members there this year and we can have a chat :D

See you all soon Snorbs

Had my first run out last weekend (over 500 miles) and the van towed like it wasn't there.
It went up easily and everyone was very impressed at the space inside once it was up.
I was a bit cold in the middle of the night but that's because I need a better sleeping bag. I'm going to buy a little gas fire to warm the place up when needed.
Looking forward to Billing in a couple of weeks.

Hi Keef,

Interesting little van, what is it? I presume the roof raises?

I like the A40, it's nice to see one without the rusty bootlid for once! Are these period photos, or preservation/recent ones?

Never did find out what it was, but it folds in a similar way to the Portafold.

I owned the van some years ago, but here's one of the A40 a couple of years ago :-
