Thanks Alex, I know it's not to the standard style, but it's brilliant for the steam ups we go to, and we're into the folk and Morris so it has to be quirky really!!

Did you get the leading from a craft shop - as I would like to do that for my Portafold, "Poppy" too!!!

I love the pictures of the Portafolds which the clean, crisp white and blue interiors on here but strange things have been happening. Before I even got hold of mine I started doing patchworks - in all different colour schemes. I'm now on my third one, thinking they will cover the front of six of the 2ft by 2ft cushions. AND I've just bought five "furry" cushions - two silver, two black and one pinky/red. Anyone staying will need sunglasses inside regardless of the weather!

What's going on!?!

Aw that sounds lovely, I've got a patchwork quilt for Matilda as well! :D

The lead comes on a roll and I got it off Ebay, here is a link: [DEAD LINK REMOVED]

Make sure that you clean the window well with meths or something similar and let it dry before you apply! :D

Nice one, I like what you have done with it too. The leading looks really good.

We are going retro with ours; the fabric we have chosen may cause the unwary temporary blindness!
