Yes I made my one to fit around the pole so as to stop it from swinging from side to side

I shel modify it tomorrow and see how it goes. We are staying in it in the garden next week because we should be on the Isle of Man for the TT. We are going to be sad and watch TT videos

(The 3 items above come from the same supplier. The masts are priced for 5 x 3ft posts but he will sell you 3x3ft posts plus the pully for a joint purchase. Saving on postage.  You may find you want different lengths or thickness. Depending on what your storage space is. I was very limited so went for 3ft lengths. I purchased 2 inch but think smaller diameter might work just as well and be lighter)
