Hello Steve, The adhesive we used was TRIM-FIX ADHESIVE designed for high temperature conditions. There is no manufacturer name on the can so I don't know who makes it, if you want I will try and remember the company we got the headlining from and they might be able to help. I can honestly say that ...

Hello Steve, Thanks for your kind comments, it has been a long hard slog to finish but worth it I think. There are two sections to the roof with a join in the middle which we hid with some binding tape. I can get the details of the company we got the material from if you wish, I think the total cost...

Folding a Portafold

This may be a stupid question but when you fold the sides of the van down do the side cushions remain in place and fold onto the base cushions or do they all have to be put on the floor?

This is the first time I have tried to fold the van down with cushions inside it,

Hello all,

I have just finished covering my roof with foam backed car headlining, cost around £70 including 6 tins of adhesive. You just cut to shape and glue straight on to the fibreglass, makes a great job and is not hard to do.

I will post pictures soon,

Regards, Fraser.

Hello Steve, Thanks for that, I double checked tonight and the wheels are clear of everything so as you say keep 'em as they are. No I won't be at Wroughton, the only shows I will be at "down south" this year are the Vauxhall Rally at Billing and the Street Rod Nationals at the end of July. Would lo...

Hello Steve, Thanks for the info, I thought my wheels were original as they do not appear to foul anything on the suspension and accept the original hubcaps without any problems. I am now at a loss, what do you think would be the best wheels for me to get as it will be difficult to get original or m...

Hello all,

Just spotted the thread re 13" wheels, is there enough clearance for that size of wheel and if so what are they off?

My 10" wheels have the number 21A881 stamped in them does anyone know if they are the original wheels or not????
