Thanks Steve, i'll have a look over the weekend to see if I can find any numbers stamped in the rims, I had been toying with the idea to machine the alloys, but I think you're right about losing the strength of the wheel and I dont want to make it more unsave!

We had our first trip in it this weekend and its great.
People come up to us to see what it is and want to have a sit inside,
and then telling us how big it really is compared with the outside... :)

We have a 1973 Portafold and towing it with our 1964 Split Screen VW Camper van, its a bit lowered and got a 1600cc engine in. Our '64 VW Splitty and '73 Portafold combination.

Just had a tow bar made for our 1964 VW splitty Camper and fitted the electrics and everything ready to roll, drives well and tows like a dream. Everything works well, only thing is the buzzing indicator relay. its a bit loud, think I'll have to put some tape on the little speaker.... ;) DSCF8374.jp...
