Hi ya, just thought I'd import one of our past experiences. Check the wood that is under the roof clips at the front hasn't rotted. Ours looked fine from the underside, but we didn't realise that water had been seeping in from the top, the wood rotted and the clips collapsed one day when we were in ...

Beware of gas powered products! Without adequate ventilation they turn the air into Carbon Monoxide and WILL kill you. Absolutely agree DanBoy, I should have put that on my posting, but I only mentioned the naked flame issue. I think occasional use of a gas lantern for the purpose it is intended is...

Hi there, well I've used all sorts for heating, being a reptile..... I've used elc with a small electric fan heater (low watt) good, but noisy,so you wake up in the morning feeling like you haven't slept. Wow!! It's wonderful, there is a restored one that regularly visits our local steam rally on the Isle of Wight and I have always admired it! It will look fabulous when complete and well worth the restoration! What a fantastic time capsule!! :clap:

Hi there! Here's another idea, we had a very badly cracked and crazed roof, so we repaired the cracks with fibre matting and anything that needed it with gel filler, then sanded to a smooth painting surface. The final coat of paint was provided by a fantastic paint, specifically designed for yachts ...
