Early round chassis Portafold for sale - NOW SOLD

Hi there, I've had the van for 4 years and it tows like a dream and has been all over the country behind my Model A Ford. It's in pretty good condition for its age with no body sag. It has had new hinge plates and hinges in the last year and I have also strengthened the side wall lips where the rubb...

My mate has one of these or somthing very similar and it was called a Sherman. The ends come erect on some sort of roller system but it does not work very well and is very heavy to put up. Sheffield Annual Cruise

Here's a few pics from Sheffield Rod Run last wekend. There were about 6 or 7 vans on site as they are very popular with rodders. 1960 round chassis model with flat round rear tail lights like early Ford Popular. http://inlinethumb50.webshots.com/44529/2258603400102546472S500x500Q85.jpg One for txfs...

I did not get an awning with the van and it has no rear fixing for an awning unless it was free standing. Anyway it is in pretty good nick for an ea...

Trip to Billing

Here's a couple of shots of my van at Billing Aquadrome last weekend. Towed like a dream and I felt nice and snug when tucked up in bed. Had my first run out last weekend (over 500 miles) and the van towed like it wasn't there. It went up easily and everyone was very impressed at the space inside once it was up. I was a bit cold in the middle of the night but that's because I need a better sleeping bag. I'm going to buy a little gas ...
